What is CONVERSA?
CONVERSA is the ILIA Global platform for assessing and training the people in your organization. The candidate or employee talks to a virtual interviewer — by voice or by text — and when the session ends the company receives an assessment built on the criteria it defined itself. The platform interface is in Spanish.
What it includes
Voice interview
A natural conversation with a virtual interviewer and a speaking avatar. Nothing to install — it all runs in the browser.
Text mode
The person can switch to text at any moment, if they prefer typing or the environment is noisy.
Assessment on your rules
Each company sets its own evaluation criteria. The final report is built on those criteria, not on a generic standard.
Psychometric tests
Cleaver and Zavic integrated, applied only to the candidates they are requested for.
Multi‑company
Every company works in its own space, with a test counter and defined usage limits.
Candidate area
Sign-up, CV upload, published job openings, applications and interview invitations.
How it works
- The company defines its evaluation criteria and publishes its job openings.
- The interview link is sent to the candidate or employee.
- The person takes the interview by voice or text and, where applicable, the psychometric tests.
- The company receives the report with the assessment and the results.
Security and privacy
- Documents uploaded to the platform are stored encrypted.
- Psychometric test results are visible only to the company that sent the link.
- Per-user access and per-company usage control.
